On-Hire Independent Contractor

A$797.00

This contract is for on-hire independent contractors that have their own company (Pty Ltd). As a company is a separate legal entity AND you are on-hiring the contractor to a host client, it’s vital to use the right contract.

The Pty Ltd entity signs this contract with you, and there is a separate document that a Key Person signs (We have also included a handy guide to assist with ensuring the Deed is validly signed, as each Australian State and Territory has different requirements).

With the User Guide and guidance notes, in less than 15 minutes you can create a customised independent contractor agreement that you can use time and again and that includes:

Coverage for host client equipment, confidentiality and intellectual property rights
Insurance requirements for the contractor
A standalone Statement of Work
Termination rights
Health and safety coverage
Separate ‘key person’ deed for added protection

Average cost for a lawyer to draft: $1350. You save an average of $553.
